DEVE Design developed a complete brand concept for Sada El Bonyan (صدى البنيان العقارية), a real estate and construction company. The brand identity was crafted to reflect the company's position in the architecture and construction industry, balancing heritage with modern professionalism.
The logo design is directly inspired by the brand's name — "Sada El Bonyan," meaning "Echo of the Structure." The concept simplifies the visual language of towers and creatively merges it with a sleek Arabic letter "Aleef" (ا)-shaped structure, forming a distinctive and recognizable symbol. The tower-head motif embedded within the Arabic typography pays homage to the construction industry, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality, precision, and upward growth. A bold, modern Arabic typeface was selected to give the logo an elegant and refined character.
The palette was intentionally restrained to two sophisticated tones — Payne's Gray (#3C6B82, RGB: 60, 107, 130), conveying trust, stability, and engineering precision, paired with Khaki (#C6B9A5, RGB: 198, 185, 165), evoking earthy construction materials, warmth, and the natural tones of the built environment.
Jazeel Bold was chosen as the primary typeface, offering a strong, contemporary presence that complements the Arabic calligraphic logo and reinforces the brand's authoritative yet approachable tone.
The brand identity extended well beyond the logo into a full suite of industry-specific applications:
All deliverables were presented in a professional brand concept presentation document, showcasing the logo in multiple contexts — light backgrounds, dark backgrounds (Payne's Gray), and real-world 3D mockups.
